  • Promotion starts October 1, 2022, and ends December 31, 2022, and partners must register for the promotion on this page by December 31, 2022.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other Ingram Micro Microsoft Cloud promotions, pricing agreements, and/or pricing discounts.
  • MRR will be calculated 90 days after partner is onboarded to Marketplace. Approved credits will be applied to the partner’s Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace account 45 days after the 90-day anniversary.
  • Promotions are subject to Ingram Micro Prize Winner Qualifications and Terms as published on http://corp. ingrammicro.com/Terms-of-Use.aspx.
  • All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
  • Criteria: Partner must be a new Ingram Micro Cloud partner that has not transacted Microsoft Modern Work in the last 12 months. Migrated business must contain a minimum of one active customer using Microsoft 365 Business Premium, 365 E3, and/or M365 E5. Partner must manage the MRR for a period of no less than 12 months or promotion dollars will be forfeited.
  • What Microsoft products qualify for the promotion?
    • Microsoft Commercial Modern Work SKUs subscriptions are included.
    • For Azure: all subscriptions
    • For Business Applications: All Microsoft Commercial Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents SKUs. Annual/Annual subscriptions, non-profit and education SKUs are excluded from this promotion.
    • Academic, Charity and Government subscriptions are excluded from promotion.
  • How should partners use this promo?
    • Partners can take advantage of this promotion by either creating a new Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace account, registering for the Accelerate program and promotion, and migrating your Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider business to the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace.
  • When will the promo be available?
    • The promo will run from October 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022, to provide further value for partner and Microsoft year end.
  • Will this promotion be available for partners that have a pricing contract?
    • The promotion will follow general Ingram Micro Cloud terms and conditions.
  • When will partners be credited back on the promotions?
    • Ingram Micro Cloud will begin crediting partners back on the Cloud Marketplace in the next quarter, starting February 15, 2023
