- We are offering a $10 incentive for every license for:
- Net new Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials and Premium customers.
- Net new Dynamics Sales Pro/Enterprise OR Upsell from a Power Apps subscription to Dynamics 365 Sales Pro/Enterprise.
- Net new Viva Sales Add-On or Upsell from M365 E5/BP with Viva Sales Add-On.

Terms and Conditions:
- Promotion starts October 1, 2022, and ends June 30, 2023, and partners must register for the promotion by June 30, 2023.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other Ingram Micro Microsoft Cloud promotions, pricing agreements, or pricing discounts.
- Approved credits will be applied to the partner’s Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace account 45 days after the promotion ends.
- Promotions are subject to Ingram Micro Prize Winner Qualifications and Terms as published on http://corp. ingrammicro.com/Terms-of-Use.aspx.
- All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
- This promotion can not be combined with one-time investment promotion. The cooling period is 1 month.
- Criteria: Partner must be an existing Ingram Micro Cloud partner that has been transacting Microsoft Modern Work on the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace since July 1, 2022.
- Customer must be active for a period of no less than 12 months or promotion dollars will be forfeited.
- What Microsoft products qualify for the promotion?
- Microsoft Commercial Modern Work SKUs. Annual/Annual and Monthly/Monthly subscriptions are excluded from promotion.
- For Azure: All subscriptions that involve migration services
- For Business Applications: Microsoft commercial Business Application SKUs either Annual/Annual, or Annual/Monthly terms. Excludes Month to Month SKUs. Non-profit and education SKUs are excluded from this promotion.
- Academic, Charity and Government subscriptions are excluded from promotion.
- Funds available on a first come first served basis, while funds last.
- How should partners use this promo?
- Partners can use this promotion to offer their customers end-to-end security, productivity, migration services, advanced workloads and cash incentives for Microsoft’s leading SMB and Enterprise business suites.
- When will the promo be available?
- The promo will run from October 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023, to provide further value for partner and Microsoft year end.
- Will this promotion be available for partners that have a pricing contract?
- The promotion will follow general Ingram Micro Cloud terms and conditions.
- When will partners be credited back on the promotions?
- Ingram Micro Cloud will begin crediting partners back on the Cloud Marketplace in the next quarter, starting February 15, 2023
