Indicate the type of migration/s you will be requesting (full, partial, phased, and/or with changes).
Unless selecting a full migration, provide a list of customers and/or subscription report to identify for migration.
Download our migration walkthrough guide.
Provide the following to your Ingram Account Manager:

–	Reseller name
–	CMP account id
–	MPN id

–	Reseller on microsoft.com
–	Number of tenants
–	Specific dates/timelines requested

Check the accuracy of the migration(s) and make any changes/corrections prior to the Microsoft 168-Hr cancellation policy window.

Cancellation of the licenses to be processed in the Control Panel and credit memo created on behalf of the partner.
