Terms and Conditions

  • Participant’s eligibility: This incentive is only for selected group of end customers. Please fill in our form and we will get back to you with which of your end customer(s) fits which tier for your account.
  • Purchase Eligibility Requirements: The Azure revenue must be purchased via the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace.
  • Are you and your end customers are eligible for this campaign and one of your eligible end customers is doing between $1,000 – $1,400 CAD per month via our CMP: Race to $2,700 to earn $1,000 incentive. Are you an eligible partner for this campaign and one of your eligible end customers is doing $700 – $1,000 CAD via our CMP: Race to $2,000 to earn $750 incentive.
  • For each eligible end customer that reaches their goal, the partner will receive the incentive. The total cap per partner is $ 5,000 CAD.
  • Purchase Eligibility Requirements:  All Azure eligible ACR (Azure Consumed Revenue) in the Scale & SMB Segments for one end customer, net new or existing, in Canada is increased by an X amount of constant dollar made between October 1, 2022, and December 31, 2022, 11:59 PM PDT are eligible.
  • Liability release:   You agree to release and hold harmless Ingram Micro Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; or  (ii) electronic or human error in the administration of the incentive or the processing of entries.
  • Ingram Micro reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
